Regular orders typically take 5–16 business days for processing and delivery.

Pre-orders typically take 20–40 business days for processing and delivery.

Shipping times are estimates only and may be affected by carrier delays, holidays, demand, or other circumstances outside of our control. Fresco is not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers.

6. Returns and Refunds

Due to the handmade and hand-shipped nature of our products, all sales are final.

We do not offer returns, refunds, or exchanges once an order has been placed.

If your item arrives damaged or you receive the wrong item, you must contact us within 3 days of delivery at jewelsfresco@gmail.com
 with your order number and photos of the issue. We will review the matter and determine whether a replacement or other solution is appropriate.

7. Product Care and Disclaimer

Fresco jewelry is gold-plated, not solid gold. Gold-plated jewelry requires proper care to maintain its appearance over time.

We are not responsible for normal wear and tear, fading, tarnishing, scratching, discoloration, or damage caused by water, sweat, chemicals, perfumes, lotions, improper storage, or misuse.

Customers are responsible for following all care instructions provided with the product.

8. Intellectual Property

All content on this website, including but not limited to logos, designs, product images, graphics, text, and branding, is the property of Fresco and may not be copied, reproduced, distributed, or used without our written permission.

9. Limitation of Liability
